At Vinci Leather Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, including the dust bags and shoehorn, to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return shipping box.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
